The Beachfront I apartments have the same architecture as those of the Amethyst apartments.The apartments are 40m² in size, consisting of kitchen/living-area, bedroom and bathroom, or as a maisonette of 80m², with a large kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartments on the ground floor have a garden with its own entrance. Those on the first floor have a veranda and balcony. The entrances to the two properties are on a shared staircase, which also leads to the sun deck on the second floor.
