The history of RDV began at the start of the new millennium. In the year 2000, the young business group from Locride in Calabria, began working on various projects in real estate, particularly holiday resorts. Under the name “La Rosa dei Venti” ( the windrose), the company realized the plan of developing theregion without damaging the environment, aiming for more prosperity in the community and creating job opportunities for the younger generation. The greatest resource of the region is the area itself, with its natural landscape, the sea and its ideal climate during all seasons.

Only two hours flight time from central Europe, RDV offers a dream holiday location inthe heart of the Mediterranean on the Jasmin Coast, in the village of Brancaleone, just 30 minutes from the regional capital, Reggio Calabria. Our major goal is to fulfil the holiday guest’s needs with the highest degree of comfort. The facilities in the RDV resorts include an 18-hole golf course, designed by the leading, international company Jacobsen GOLFPLATZ DESIGN, INC, a fitness centre, indoor pool, swimming pools, tennis courts, clubhouse, shopping centre, laundry, gastronomy, restaurants, bars, cafes, watersports and children’s play-areas. There is a shuttle bus to the beach and neighbouring villages and rental cars and airport transfers are part of the service. |
